Lyrebird Lodge is a short drive from both Tilba and Narooma.
• From Tilba just follow the Tilba – Punkalla Road which continues on from the main street of Central Tilba. There is only really one intersection to negotiate on this road – 5.1km from the town – where it forks with Ridge Rd going straight ahead while the Tilba – Punkalla Rd continues down the hill to the left. Staying on the Tilba – Punkalla Rd there is a short drive through spotted gum forest at the base of Gulaga before a right hand turn into Armitage Rd (which is 9.1 km from Central Tilba and signposted).
• From Narooma just south of the township turn right onto Old Princes Highway off the Princes Highway, at 4.4 km from the Post Office in Narooma turn right onto Wagonga Scenic Drive. At 9.3 km from the PO you will pass Engine Road on your left, continue downhill and turn left at Punkalla Road toward Tilba, just before the little wooden bridge (10.9km). Stay on Punkalla Road through a pretty valley of farmland and then back uphill into forest and turn left onto Armitage Road (14.8km). Lyrebird Lodge is 1 km along Armitage Road, turn left.
