Notes
Note 1 : Tilba Online is a privately run, commercial, online promotional brochure and does not represent or speak for the wider Tilba community (or business community). The site features individual businesses who wish to purchase a listing and annual subscription for online presence and promotion.
Note 2 : Standard Listings use a standard formatting - additional information and/or images which fall outside of this formatting may require a customised listing. Standard formatting generally includes 250-300 words of text, contact details, 10-12 images plus a logo.
Note 3 : all listed fees below are for standard workflows - priority work (with set deadlines) may require additional fees - depending on existing workflows and scheduling factors.
Standard listing fees - 2012
1. Set-up
Single page + listing on appropriate guide: $195 (plus GST)
Optional: Enquiries form – includes security, auto-backup, form handler, form fail and form success pages: $150 (plus GST) Note: from 2012 the actual enquires forms will be inlcuded on the main listing page (rather than on a separate page) to streamline listings and simplify the enquiry process.
Additionals: Extra pages / features are provided with a customised quote. Note: custom map pages are no longer provided - however Google maps may be added to standard listings if required.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. This set-up does not include photography – this is quoted for separately if required depending on the number and size of files required. (Images do not have to be commissioned from Tilba Online - subscribers can supply images - as long as they meet the technical standards of the site).
2. Some images may be supplied by Tilba Online as part of the set-up for $90 (plus GST) - but please note that files will be limited and only supplied as screen resolution (by email). If larger resolution files are required for other purposes (such as printed promotions) then a general commercial photoshoot booking is required.
3. Commercial Photographic (and video prodcution) services are available from Tilba Online / glen ryan : natural light in either half-day or full-day blocks* – exact rates are determined by the nature of the shoot, shoot team size, transport fees and file/output types required. See www.glenryan.com.au for notes about rates and scheduling/workflows.
* These rates cover actual photography (and/or videography) but not post processing, editing or additional design. Photography generally requires an equal editing-to-shoot time – video generally requires at least twice the editing time of photography.

2. Standard (Coffee) Subscriptions
Twelve month subscriptions
12 months @ $3.00 /week (plus GST) - with 30% discount for annual payment
Total subscription = $109.20 (plus GST)
Note: Six-monthly Standard Subscriptions have now been discontinued.
IMPORTANT: Subscriptions may cover updates and alterations to existing elements, text and images – extensions to the listing requiring new elements or images which fall outside this parameter will be quoted for individually with a set hourly rate.

3.
Terms & Booking
Terms: 100% of set-up fees (for invoiced work under $1000) + first subscription payment required to book work. Note: all deposits and subscriptions are non-refundable once paid.
Work is usually queued for at least 10 working days (in standard workflows) on Tilba Online - please factor that in when scheduling updates. See www.glenryan.com.au for more up to date information about scheduling and workflows. Note: Booking in work with set deadlines usually requires a priority workflow booking which involves additional charges (and may not actually be available at all times).

4. Submitting details
Standard listings utilise a standard formatting which includes contact details, a brief description, web linkage (if appropriate), general notes (250-300 words max), images and a logo (if available).
The contact details and notes can be easily submitted (and updated)using the form below. the only compulsory field is the reply email address (which we need to get back to confirm your details).
All other fields can be left vacant if they are not appropriate.
Note: Please make sure you also fill in the short business description field as this appears on both your listing linkage and actual page.
To update existing details on a current listing simply fill in the appropriate fields below with exact updates. and submit these details as a 'current subscriber' - leave any unrelated fields blank.
To submit details for a new listing fill in the appropriate fields and indicate which kind of listing / additional pages you might require. Tilba Online will repond to your enquiry with a quote and tax invoice to book in the required work (see notes above) - or will email you about setting up addditional features / custom listings.
Images & logos
Images and logos cannot be submitted directly via the form below - but once your details have been submitted Tilba Online will contact you directly by email as soon as possible to arrange the provision of appropriate digital files. Please do not send images before filling out the form below.
Important: We would prefer all submissions to use the form below - as it generates exactly the right information to fit into the listings. However if for some reason you absolutely cannot fill in the form you can also email your details directly to • webmaster@tilba.com.au
Note: if not using the form below please use exactly the same categories a below and make sure you include a one line business description (25 word limit) as this is required to set up your listing.
Please do not send images with your details - you will be contacted after submitting your details with an outline of file requirements. |
