The north-facing deck overlooks the Wetland Bird Sanctuary where many species live and nest - so you can relax and dine outdoors or indoors while embracing nature.

The spacious living/dining room and all three queen size bedrooms face north and either overlook the sea or the fascinating Australian native gardens. There is a flat screen TV, video and sound system - plus telephone with local calls provided and broadband also available.

To make your holiday a breeze, the luxury townhouse has all mod-cons, a superb stainless Smeg kitchen and filtered tap water. All designer linen & towels are provided, and the full laundry has a washer dryer and heated towel rail (these rails are also in the bathrooms and add to the comfort provided by the heated flooring).

The sixteen metre long solar-heated pool features a spa and swim-out for smaller children and a swim-jet for those who are into more strenuous exercise. The pool is protected from the wind, being a real suntrap which can be used most of the year.

Bermagui’s food shopping is open seven days and ranges from supermarkets to the fishing co-op. These stock most items including excellent oysters and other local produce.

As well as beautiful walking areas, Bermagui has an excellent golf course, tennis courts, croquet & bowls and a new mountain bike track. There is fishing of every variety and a choice of restaurants to sample the local cuisine.
