a 3.3 hectare private
property, occupying
a peninsula on Wagonga
Inlet. The views
in all directions
are of forest and
water. It is a 15
minute drive to
the beaches and
shops of Narooma,
and a 20 minute
drive to Tilba,
passing Gulaga (Mt
Dromedary) on the

Hobbs
Point Cottage
has been designed
to accommodate two
people and is sited
to maximise the
glorious views;
it is north facing
and is located 50
metres from the
waters edge, with
direct boat access
to the ocean via
Narooma.
The cottage includes
a Queen Size bed,
separate bathroom,
open plan lounge
with a small modern
kitchen, spacious
veranda and your
own private barbeque
area. Linen, towels,
tea and plunger
coffee are all provided,
together with a
radio, TV and DVD
player. Laundry
facilities are available.
Staying at Hobbs
Point is
to experience nature
with minimal distractions.
You will rarely
hear cars, only
the passing oyster
fishermen’s
punts. In order
not to disturb the
native animals and
prolific birdlife,
we do not accept
pets.
The inlet is tidal,
great for swimming
(in season), and
you have your own
private fishing
beach and nature
trail. In the evening
it is quiet enough
to hear the fish
jumping, and the
night sky has to
be seen to be believed.
